Here they are on their birthday! 2 ruddy girls, 1 red girl, 1 ruddy boy. 1 of the ruddy girls had a birth accident to her tail, so we had to have it removed. She is our little Somali Bobtail!
Serena is a great mom, she is very calm but attentive. She really lives up to her name! We hope some of the babies will have her pretty green eyes.
Look, pals already! Actually, small kittens are really quite competitive. Sometimes they choose one nipple and that's the only one they want. They will vigorously try to push away any kitten that gets in the way!
Mommy Serena decided to take a break so I snuck in to take this shot. The little red girl seems the most precocious, already trying to climb out of the baby bed.
